Hiring, training and orientation

Eva’s Phoenix has developed a well-organized process for the hiring, training and orientation of its staff. To see some of the resources used for the hiring of front-line staff, click on the links below:

 Performance Appraisal Tool for Direct Service Staff

New staff receive a three-part orientation to Eva’s Phoenix. Part I focuses on areas such as the offer of employment, personnel policy and health and safety. Part II focuses on an orientation to the building and to the staff. Part III focuses on policies and procedures within the agency, crisis/crisis management, and supervision.
